Our level 1 class covers a lot of information, so plan on long days that begin early and end in the early evening. Due to Covid, we are transitioning to the online learning AIARE module. For most groups, this will mean learning much of the didactic material of the course through self paced, online learning. The AIARE 1 is a three-day / 24-hour introduction to avalanche hazard management.
